The diverse selection of Finland’s award-winning breakfast will be enhanced even further to ensure a delicious start to your May Day morning. The cold buffet features, among other delicacies, a hearty seasonal salad, while the warm selection is complemented with elk meatballs and traditional accompaniments. Naturally, the dessert table includes Finnish May Day favourites such as doughnuts and sima, as well as quark pancakes served with jam and whipped cream. And there might even be a glass of sparkling available to celebrate the occasion…

The dessert table brings together traditional May Day favourites – doughnuts and Finnish sima – as well as quark pancakes served with whipped cream, cloudberries and raspberry jam.
